Introducing NEXT

We didn’t just design a program. We sparked a movement. 

NEXT is Custom Fleet’s innovation movement, a cultural uplift built to unlock capability, creativity, and bold action across the business. A space where experimentation is normalised, learning is shared, and ideas are tested fast. 

What Brought
NEXT to Life —

  • A movement with a brand, not just a name 
    NEXT had its own identity, voice, and energy. It connected the dots between innovation experiences, creating a shared narrative that people felt part of. From launch to workshops to everyday comms, it was recognisable, real, and alive in the business. 

  • Masterclasses & Lunchables 
    Monthly, hands-on learning sessions covering practical innovation concepts such us, empathy, agility, design thinking, high performing teams, creativity, learning from failure, amongst others to build a common language and mindset. 

  • Generators & Incubators 
    Fast-paced sprints solving real customer problems. Teams explored ideas, tested them quickly, and learned by doing, with a focus on progress, not perfection. 

  • A network of Innovation Champions 
    Group of innovation advocates, role-modelling what it looks like to think differently, supporting others, and spreading the innovation mindset from the ground up. 

The Impact —

NEXT has delivered both cultural and strategic outcomes: 

  • Built innovation capability sparking a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning across the organisation. 

  • Evolved early-stage ideas from low-fidelity prototypes to a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) grounded in a digital ecosystem and made to deliver real value proven through customer testing. 

  • Innovation took root because the whole organisation had clarity, direction, the right system and permission for ideas to thrive. 

  • What started as a bold ambition became real momentum, NEXT turned innovation into action and helped shift the culture from the inside out.
