Hannah Gee

Hannah (we call her Gee) is a proud Kiwi with more energy than most rooms know what to do with, and the humour to get away with it. She’s creative, curious, and always pushing at what’s possible for Neu21, our team and our clients.

Gee is a Partner at Neu21. Before that she co-founded innovation, ventures and creative studio Roshambo, was Director of The School of Life Australia (a global organisation building emotional intelligence), and led Sales, Marketing and Design at creative studio Inspire Group, helping launch it into Australia.

She’s led teams through serious growth and worked with over 50 companies to roll out a world-first Emotional Skills learning suite. Outside Neu21, her portfolio includes co-founding other ventures, investing and mentoring, all of it feeding back into the work that matters most.

Gee never goes anywhere without a notebook, and yes, she loves writing in  cursive. She reckons handwriting is one of the last places thinking still happens slowly, and she’s not outsourcing that bit to the machines. If you catch her writing mid-meeting, she’s not zoning out. She’s working something out
