Through a practical, hands-on session, you’ll explore how a coaching mindset changes the way you lead day to day. Using real scenarios, guided practice, and simple tools, you’ll learn how to ask better questions, create psychological safety, and support others without micromanaging. You’ll also take part in a follow-up Coaching Circle , a space to reflect on what you’ve tried, share insights, and continue building your coaching approach with the support of peers and facilitators
